PROGRESS TOGETHER

In summer 2026, I successfully designed, built and project-managed a new Shopify website for Progress Together, who campaign for socio-economic inclusion in UK financial services. Working from stakeholder briefs calling for an editorial, ‘WEF-calibre’ redesign and a secure, role-based member area, I built a fully custom, component-based Shopify theme with a membership portal, resource library, and live integrations with the organisation’s existing tools, whilst ensuring ease of use for all staff members.

Highlights:

• Huge focus on user engagement through the use of subtle animations, video, imagery and stylish design.
• Membership portal with dashboards containing personalised content and events, saved resource preferences and live Salesforce-sourced membership data.
• User-friendly resource libraries for both the public and members which includes category browsing, pinned toolkit downloads, and download statistics sent to Salesforce.
• Live Eventbrite integration for events (with member-only gating) and a Mailchimp-powered newsletter archive.
• Full non-technical handover documentation, deployment pipeline transferred to the client’s own GitHub org for long-term ownership.
