Why do your customers not trust you?

Here’s some simple things to check:

1. Typos
Spelling mistakes on your website really isn’t a good look. And so simple to fix!

2. Slow loading
If your site is slow, I’m going to question if I want to do business with you. Look at simple ways to improve this eg

3. Outdated content
Ensure all content is up to date, especially news and privacy policies. I also hate to see sites with 2017 in the footer!

4. Poor security
Yep, I still often see sites without https secure sockets. I then run a mile!

5. Broken links
There’s no excuse for this one. Go through your site and check them all!

6. Redundant social media accounts
I always check those links and if they‘ve not been touched for 3 years, then i‘m off!

7. No trust symbols
